Klaviyo is a leading marketing automation and customer data platform built for B2C businesses. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the transformation of Klaviyo’s Sales technology foundation as we evolve into a multi product, global platform and expand into enterprise and complex sales motions.
About the Team
The Sales Technology Systems team is part of Global Technology Solutions (GTS) and is responsible for the systems, data, and workflows that power Klaviyo’s go-to-market engine.
The team partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance Technology, and Data to deliver scalable, reliable, and insight-driven solutions. Core areas of ownership include Salesforce, CPQ, sales workflows, and integrations across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
This role reports to the VP of GTM Systems and leads a growing team of managers, analysts, and engineers.
What You’ll Do
Own the Sales Technology vision and roadmap
- Define and execute a multi-year strategy for Klaviyo’s Sales technology ecosystem aligned to revenue growth and enterprise expansion
- Operate with urgency and high accountability, driving fast, high-quality execution in a rapidly evolving environment
- Translate business priorities into a clear, scalable systems roadmap across Salesforce, CPQ, and GTM tooling
Lead and scale a high-performing team
- Inspire and align the team around a clear vision while driving a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement
- Manage and develop a team of managers and individual contributors across analysts and engineers
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent while building a culture of ownership, speed, and high standards
- Establish clear ownership, operating rhythms, and delivery standards to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes
Build and scale core GTM systems
- Define long-term system architecture and make build vs buy decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
- Design and implement data models, workflows, and automation that support a growing enterprise sales motion
- Improve system reliability, data quality, and overall platform trust
Deliver CPQ and order-to-cash capabilities
- Lead the development and evolution of Klaviyo’s CPQ capabilities to support complex, enterprise deals
- Partner with Finance Technology to enable seamless, end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, including global and multi-currency requirements
- Design systems that support international growth including localization, compliance, and regional sales processes
Drive automation and AI to increase sales productivity
- Champion an AI-first approach to Sales Technology, rethinking workflows, systems, and productivity through automation and intelligence
- Identify and deliver AI and automation use cases that reduce manual work and increase selling time
- Equip AEs, BDRs, and sales teams with better insights, workflows, and tools
Partner cross-functionally to deliver impact
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data leaders
- Ensure tight alignment across systems, processes, and data to support business outcomes
- Represent Sales Technology in planning, roadmap, and cross-functional initiatives
Who You Are
You are a transformational leader operating at the intersection of technology and revenue, combining deep systems expertise with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. You’ve built and scaled Sales or GTM systems in high-growth environments and know how to translate business needs into durable, high-impact solutions.
Core experience:
- 12–15+ years in Sales/GTM systems, business systems, or enterprise applications in a SaaS or technology company
- 5+ years leading teams, including managers, across Salesforce and related GTM systems
- Experience scaling systems through major company inflection points such as moving upmarket, adding new products, or expanding globally
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations
- Experience supporting enterprise, sales-led motions (AEs, BDRs, inside sales)
Preferred experience:
- Experience building or scaling CPQ and complex quote-to-cash workflows
- Strong understanding of how Sales systems integrate with Finance and data platforms
- Experience driving automation and AI-enabled workflows within Sales

This is a critical leadership role at a pivotal moment for Klaviyo. You will lead the transformation of our Sales technology ecosystem, enabling our go-to-market teams to operate at scale and accelerating our expansion into enterprise and global markets.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
