About the team and role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own Go-to-Market Excellence: the programs, plays, and enablement that turn Klaviyo’s product innovation into pipeline, adoption, and revenue. You’ll make it easier for our sellers, Customer Success Managers, and partners to tell the Klaviyo story, win deals, and help customers get more value from our expanding platform.
You’ll be the connective tissue between Product Marketing and the field. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Partnerships, GTM Ops, and fellow PMMs to build scalable sales plays, drive product adoption across the CSM organization, and shape a clear enablement strategy that reaches our direct teams and extends to agency and technology partners. You’ll bring field and customer insight back to Product and PMM so the next launch is sharper than the last.
If you’re energized by making sellers and CSMs more effective, thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and want to build the operating model for how Klaviyo goes to market, this role is built for you.
How you'll make a difference:
- Seller Experience: Own the end-to-end experience for sellers: what they need, when they need it, and how they find it. Make our messaging, assets, and product knowledge easy to access and use, and simplify the path from product launch to the field.
- Sales Plays & Programs: Build and maintain scalable sales plays and cross-functional GTM programs, including target personas, discovery questions, objection handling, competitive positioning, and proof points, with Sales, Marketing, and PMM leadership.
- CSM Product Adoption: Partner with Customer Success to turn product capabilities into repeatable adoption, cross-sell, and expansion motions, including customer-ready talk tracks, playbooks, and use cases.
- Enablement Strategy: Define the strategy and cadence for product and messaging enablement across Sales, CS, and Support, working with Enablement to deliver training, certification, and ongoing learning that sticks.
- Partner Extension: Extend core messaging, plays, and enablement to agency, technology, and ecosystem partners so they can sell and implement Klaviyo with confidence.
- Launch-to-Field Translation: Work with Platform and product PMMs to turn launches and roadmap into field-ready narratives, assets, and readiness, and make sure the field is prepared before go-live.
- Field Insight & Roadmap Influence: Gather win/loss, call, and deal insight; spot patterns in what the field and customers need; and bring them to PMM and Product to shape messaging and priorities.
- Measurement: Define and track success metrics for plays, programs, and enablement, such as win rate, pipeline influence, content usage, adoption, and attach. Use results to iterate.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Klaviyo PMM organization and GTM teams.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, sales enablement, or field marketing, with experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Proven track record of building sales plays, programs, and enablement that measurably improved field performance.
- Experience working directly with sales and customer success teams, and credibility with sellers and CSMs.
- Experience building enablement for, or marketing through, channel or ecosystem partners is a plus.
- Marketing technology and/or e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset: able to translate pipeline, revenue, adoption, and usage data into practical strategy.
- Clear communicator who simplifies complex products into business value.
- Influential cross-functional partner who can drive alignment without formal authority.
- Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize across many stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
- Self-starter with an owner mindset, accountable for business results and not only deliverables.
- Love and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of related experience required, including product marketing, sales enablement, or field marketing at a software company.
- Experience with sales and CS enablement platforms and CRM tools is preferred.
