Klaviyo brings your CRM data to Sidekick as a day-one launch partner with Shopify

Klaviyo and Shopify already have something most platforms can't claim: a true bidirectional integration. Your Shopify store data flows into Klaviyo to power your marketing. Your Klaviyo performance data flows back into Shopify so you can act on it. It's the kind of deep, two-way connection that makes the combined stack more powerful than either platform alone.

Today, that integration gets even deeper.

Klaviyo is one of the first partners to launch a Sidekick app extension; the new feature that lets merchants ask Sidekick questions about their apps directly inside the Shopify Admin.

What Sidekick Extensions actually does

Sidekick is Shopify's AI assistant for merchants. With Sidekick app extensions now generally available, apps like Klaviyo can surface their data conversationally inside Sidekick. So, instead of navigating between platforms to understand what your marketing is doing, you just ask Sidekick.

Ask it things like:

  • "How did my welcome flow perform this week?"
  • "What's the revenue from my last campaign?"
  • "Show me my top-performing segments."

You can ask Sidekick about your campaigns, flows, segments, and revenue attribution and it calls Klaviyo's tools in the background and brings the answer back to you, right in context.

Klaviyo’s Sidekick app extension gives merchants conversational access to:

  • Segments: subscriber lists and growth data
  • Analytics: key metrics across your Klaviyo account

At launch, Sidekick can surface your Klaviyo data and answer questions about it.

How to get started

If you're using Klaviyo and Shopify together, the extension is available now through the Shopify App Store. Open Sidekick in your Shopify Admin and start asking questions about your Klaviyo data. That's it.
