Today, we’re excited to announce the Klaviyo app for ChatGPT. It is a new way for marketers to access, understand, and act on their Klaviyo data directly inside a conversational AI environment. This launch builds on Klaviyo’s early investment in the AI ecosystem, including our adoption of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), which enables brands to connect their data to natural-language interfaces wherever they work.

With our new ChatGPT app, we’re moving marketing toward a truly conversational workflow, one that is fluid, intuitive, and connected to the same real-time consumer insights marketers rely on every day in Klaviyo. It’s a meaningful step toward the next interface of marketing: a continuous conversational loop where insight, creativity, and action live together.

Marketers have been conditioned to seek answers inside their tools by opening a reporting dashboard, running a query, or exporting a spreadsheet. Then, they often require a data analyst to parse and interpret the data.

Now, marketers can use the Klaviyo app in ChatGPT to view and analyze the performance of their campaigns and flows instantly, wherever they are. And because ChatGPT is accessible across devices, this effectively unlocks mobile access to key Klaviyo insights for the first time, giving marketers real-time visibility even on the go.

Ask ChatGPT how your campaigns or flows are performing

Ask @Klaviyo in ChatGPT,: “How are my campaigns performing this week?” or “Show me flow performance from the last seven days.”

And you’ll immediately see:

  • Campaign performance tables
  • Flow performance tables
  • Send status
  • Delivered counts
  • Open and click rates
  • Conversion rate
  • Attributed revenue

All displayed as interactive, mobile-friendly cards right inside ChatGPT.

Insights and analysis in one click

Instead of navigating multiple dashboards, you get clarity in a single conversational thread. Tap Analyze on any table or row, and the app surfaces a complete deep-dive analysis, including:

  • KPIs and metric comparisons vs. previous sends or historical benchmarks
  • Micro-insights (e.g., “CTR dipped 4% vs. prior sends: test a shorter subject line”)
  • Segment performance or cohort over-indexing
  • Highlighted opportunities or anomalies

Flow analysis includes:

  • Step-by-step performance
