Customer Agent becomes a platform you can build on

Customer Agent launched as an AI service agent. This quarter, it became a platform you can build on.

It still runs on the same profile as your marketing programs. When a customer reaches out, it already knows their order history, loyalty status, and purchase behavior, so it can resolve and recommend in the same conversation. Pre-built skills for order tracking, returns, recommendations, and loyalty mean you're live from day one.

And, Customer Agent is driving real business results. Naked Wardrobe reached 86% autonomous resolution within 90 days. NANUK saw a 100% increase in product recommendation, return, and exchange queries resolved within 90 days. Customer Agent resolves 65% of questions automatically.

Conversational Agent Builder

With the new Conversational Agent Builder, you describe what you want in plain language, and Klaviyo builds it for you. A running brand describes a "Find My Perfect Gear" quiz, and Klaviyo builds the entire experience: the questions, the logic, and the recommendations, with no engineering or manual work required.

The quiz can also enrich your customer profiles as it runs. When a shopper tells the agent their favorite size, color, or activity, those details write straight back to their Klaviyo profile in real time, so every follow-up message and marketing email can speak to what they actually told you. Once it's built, test it before a single customer sees it. Run simulations and see how the agent responds. If something's off, click "Improve," describe the fix, and it updates itself.

Pre-built connectors and open APIs

Pre-built connectors let the agent act in the systems you already run, so it doesn't just talk about a subscription change, it makes the change.

And the open APIs mean Customer Agent isn't limited to Shopify. If you run a headless or fully custom storefront, you can embed the agent right into it, so the same resolve-and-recommend experience shows up wherever your customers already shop.
