Elias Torres

Elias Torres has served as Klaviyo's Chief Product Officer since August 2026. Prior to joining Klaviyo, Mr. Torres was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agency, an AI agent platform for customer success teams, from June 2023 to August 2026, when Agency was acquired by Klaviyo. Prior to that, Mr. Torres was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Drift, a conversational marketing and sales software company acquired by Vista Equity Partners, from January 2015 to June 2023. Mr. Torres also held leadership roles at HubSpot, Inc. (NYSE: HUBS), an agentic customer platform company, and at Performable, a marketing software company acquired by HubSpot. Mr. Torres began his career as a software engineer at IBM, a technology company. Mr. Torres holds a B.A. from the University of South Florida and an M.S. from Harvard University.
