Klaviyo 2026 Bounty Terms and Conditions

Subject to the terms and conditions below and the Klaviyo Agency Partner Program Agreement , Klaviyo hereby offers certain eligible partners an additional incentive program for qualifying referrals (“2026 Bounty Program”). This 2026 Bounty Program is effective from January 21, 2026 (the “Start Date”), through March 31, 2026 (such span, the "Program Period"). Capitalized terms not defined in this offer will have the meaning set forth in the Klaviyo Agency Partner Program Agreement .

1. Eligibility:

  • “Eligible Partners” means (i) existing Partners classified in the Partner Program Track as Influencer or Advisor at the Bronze level (formerly known as the Klaviyo Partner tier), Silver level, or Gold level as of the Start Date, (ii) having not submitted any leads that progressed to Stage 1 opportunity or beyond in calendar year 2025 and (iii) having no attributed MRR in the last year prior to the Start Date.
  • Eligible Partners excludes (i) Partners that as of the Start Date are Platinum or Elite Partners, (ii) Tech Partners or those under the Klaviyo Technology Partner Agreement , and (iii) new Partners accepted into the Klaviyo Partner Program during the Program Period.

2. Incentive Structure:

  • Eligible Partners may earn an additional payout for each Qualified Referral submitted after the Start Date via the Klaviyo Partner Portal that converts into a paying Klaviyo Customer with a paid subscription for one or multiple Klaviyo Products within the Program Period (each, a “Payout”), subject to the following conditions:
    • Lead submission and conversion must occur within the Program Period.
    • Maximum of ten (10) opportunities for additional bounty per Partner, applying to the first ten (10) to close during the Program Period.
    • For clarity, this is in addition to existing Partner Program Benefits.
    • Payout amounts:
      • $150 USD for Qualified Referral that converts to a paying customer with Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) greater than $200, provided Klaviyo has received at least one payment from the customer.
    • Qualified Referrals require validation and approval by Klaviyo, in its sole discretion, for incentive eligibility. Klaviyo reserves the right to audit submissions and validate eligibility at its sole discretion.

3. Payments:

  • Payouts will be processed and paid to Partner within forty-five (45) days following the close of the calendar quarter in which the Qualified Referral converts to a paying customer with eligible spend, provided that Klaviyo has received at least one payment from the Klaviyo Customer.
  • Customers must also be active at a qualifying MRR at the time of Klaviyo’s payment of the bounty to the Partner.
  • Existing payment methods and timelines provided under the Agency Partner Program will continue to apply for any applicable revenue share compensation.

4. Miscellaneous:

  • Klaviyo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the 2026 Bounty Program at any time, and any changes will be communicated via email to Partner or via the Partner Portal.
  • Partners must fully comply with the Klaviyo Agency Partner Program Agreement ( https://www.klaviyo.com/legal/partner-terms-conditions ), the Partner Program Guide, the terms of this 2026 Bounty Program, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Fraudulent or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification and potential removal from the Agency Partner Program.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, the General Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability sections of the Klaviyo Agency Partner Agreement apply to this 2026 Bounty Program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the maximum aggregate liability of Klaviyo arising out of or in connection with this 2026 Bounty Program, whether in contract, tort (including negligence, strict liability or otherwise), shall not exceed $100.
