$19 Off Email Promotion

These terms and conditions govern Klaviyo’s $19 off first-month discount (the “Offer”).

  1. Applicable on paid $20 Klaviyo Email plans only (not applicable on any SMS-only or Email+SMS plans, or any other Klaviyo product).
  2. Valid through 11:59 p.m. ET, November 30, 2026 (“Offer Expiry Date”).
  3. An account must purchase a paid Klaviyo Email plan on or before the Offer Expiry Date and must not have held a paid Klaviyo plan at any time during the twelve (12) months before checkout to qualify.
  4. Offer is automatically applied to qualifying accounts and will be reflected at the time of checkout. No promotional code entry is required.
  5. Offer is a one-time $19 credit applied to the first month of the monthly Klaviyo Email plan pricing (“Discount Period”). After the Discount Period, the account will automatically renew at the then-current standard monthly rate until cancelled.
  6. Offer is valid only one time and will be forfeited if the account is downgraded, paused, or terminated during the Discount Period.
  7. Only one Offer may be redeemed per customer (including any child accounts), subject to the eligibility requirements described above. The Offer is not transferable.
  8. Offer cannot be combined or replaced with any other Klaviyo offer, promotion, discount, account credit, or referral or partner incentive.
  9. Klaviyo may withhold or revoke the Offer where an account does not meet the eligibility requirements above, or in cases of fraud, abuse, or attempted circumvention of these terms.
  10. Klaviyo may terminate or discontinue this Offer, or modify or change these terms and conditions and the fees and pricing structure, at any time.
  11. By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This Offer is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  12. These terms and conditions do not replace Klaviyo’s standard Terms of Service, Data Processing Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy, which continue to apply to your use of Klaviyo.
