Open my store in your browser: {store_url}. Go through it like a shopper who just landed from an ad: homepage, the pop-up if one fires, a collection, a product page. Add something to the cart, and get as far into check-out as you can without paying. Note every offer you come across on the way: the sign-up incentive, any banners or sale sections, bundles, any free-shipping thresholds, loyalty program offers, and anything else. Then, audit them: explain which offers are helping conversion, which are not doing anything, where they contradict each other, and whether anything might be training customers to wait for discounts instead of buying now, if you see signs of that. From that audit, give me two lists: - What to keep as it is, because it works - What to change, add, or remove to get more first-time visitors to buy and more existing customers to come back, with each change marked before BFCM or during it, whether it improves conversion, retention, or both, and why you think it will work based on what you saw What good looks like: every claim about my store is traceable to something you saw on the walkthrough. If you did not see it, do not claim it. Suggestions are realistic for a store like mine, not a redesign, and you are honest about trade-offs. If a change helps conversion but could hurt margin or buying habits, say so. Prioritize solutions that improve perceived value without resorting to discounts. Always think in terms of improving long-term retention and/or getting people to try more products from my catalog. For example, instead of giving my subscribers 15% off their second order when they subscribe, consider giving them a sample of another product to try, and including it on their order for free. The optimal offers have 2 primary elements: - They get better when someone spends more. - They get better over time (rewarding repeat purchase behavior). Before you finalize, go through your own list critically: remove anything too generic to be useful, anything I have obviously already done, and anything that does not survive a simple question: Why would this actually work? I would rather get 5 good suggestions than 15. If you have questions for me before you start, about my margins, whether my BFCM offer is already locked, or anything else, go ahead and ask me. You can ask me multiple questions. Be sure you have 100% of the information you need to provide me with a flawless deliverable.
