Use the Klaviyo connector to run a complete review of my account's email flows and produce a prioritized optimization plan. Work through these steps systematically:
1. Flow scope: Pull all flows from the account. Include only flows with status "live." Explicitly exclude any draft, manual, or archived flows. List the live flows you'll review and confirm the set before analyzing.
2. Historic performance (last 90 days, or the longest window available): For each live flow and each message within it, pull the flow report and metric aggregates. Build a table covering recipients/sends, open rate, click rate, click-to-open rate, placed-order rate (conversion), revenue, and revenue per recipient. Flag any message where deliverability signals look weak (e.g., low open rate relative to account average, high unsubscribe or spam-complaint rate, low or declining send volume).
3. Engagement + conversion read: Compare each flow against the account's own benchmarks and typical Klaviyo norms for that flow type (e.g., welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, etc.). Identify the biggest revenue leaks—for example, high opens but weak clicks (creative/CTA problem), high clicks but weak conversion (offer/landing problem), or strong per-recipient revenue that's under-scaled (timing/trigger problem).
4. Content analysis: For each live flow, render or pull the email templates and review the actual content: subject lines and preview text, message hierarchy and single clear CTA, personalization and dynamic blocks, mobile readability, send timing and delays between messages, and whether the sequence length matches the flow's intent. Call out specific emails by name with specific fixes, not generic advice.
5. Deliverability advice: Based on open-rate patterns, complaint/unsubscribe signals, and sending behavior across flows, give concrete deliverability recommendations (e.g., list hygiene, sunset/suppression of unengaged profiles, authentication and sender reputation, segmentation of triggers).
6. 30-day optimization plan: Synthesize everything into a prioritized action plan in 3 tiers:
🔴 Urgent (do this week): fixes to live flows that are actively losing revenue or hurting deliverability
🟠 High priority (weeks 1–3): high-impact improvements to messaging, timing, or sequence structure
* 🟢 Lower priority (this month/nice to have): refinements, tests, and net-new flow opportunities
For every recommendation, state the specific flow/email it applies to, the expected impact, and the metric it should move. End with the 3 single highest-ROI actions across the whole account.
Present the findings as a clean report I could either hand directly to a client or use to optimize myself.
