The question for marketers today isn’t whether to use AI, but how to choose tools that actually move the needle. That’s why we’re proud to share that Klaviyo has been named a Leader in the  IDC MarketScape: AI-Enabled Marketing Platforms for Small Businesses 2025 Vendor Assessment (doc # US53601925, July 2025).

Unlike others racing to add “AI” to their homepage, Klaviyo has spent years building machine learning, predictive intelligence, and now generative and autonomous AI into the core of our platform.

The result? Not just automation, but outcomes. Not just hype, but real performance. Klaviyo helps marketers do what they already do—but smarter, faster, and more profitably. And now, we’ve been recognized by the IDC MarketScape.

Recognition across both SMB and Mid-Market

This recognition is especially meaningful because it marks Klaviyo’s inclusion in two IDC MarketScape evaluations this year. Not only was Klaviyo recognized in the IDC MarketScape for WW AI-Enabled Marketing Platforms for Small Businesses 2025 Vendor Assessment but we were also named a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide AI-Enabled Marketing Platforms for Midsize Companies 2025 Vendor Assessment (doc # US53683624, July 2025).

We believe Klaviyo was positioned as a Leader in the report for small businesses thanks to our AI-powered campaign execution, unified customer data, predictive analytics, and seamless ecommerce integrations.

We believe this means IDC MarketScape sees our vision and execution path as for serving mid-market B2C brands.

Built for AI before it was buzz

AI leadership doesn’t happen overnight. We’ve been investing in AI and machine learning models since 2017—long before the generative AI explosion. Our vision has always been to combine predictive intelligence with real-time data to help B2C brands grow faster and build stronger customer relationships.

Today, our AI is powered by the Klaviyo Data Platform (KDP), which processes over 900 billion events annually across 7.3 billion customer profiles—making it one of the richest first-party data sets in the industry.

That breadth and depth of data is critical to the accuracy of our AI tools. While other platforms rely on surface-level engagement or third-party enrichment, Klaviyo connects directly to your ecommerce store or website and integrates with over 350 tools, including Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, and WooCommerce.
