Reply to reviews faster with AI

While product reviews themselves are critical for building trust and driving sales, so are your responses to them. 89% of consumers read businesses’ responses to reviews. And, replying to reviews quickly is equally important – it can help reduce customer churn by 15%. Plus, businesses that respond to customer reviews are viewed as 1.7x more trustworthy.

We’re thrilled to announce that you can now use AI to create personalized review replies with the click of a button. When any new review comes in, Klaviyo’s AI will automatically generate a series of replies – saving you time and helping you respond to customers faster.

Save time replying to reviewers with AI

To get started with AI review replies, head to the Reviews tab. Here, you’ll see your Pending Activity – this includes all reviews that require moderation or a response. When you’re ready to respond to a particular review, click the Draft reply with AI button. We use context from the customer’s review and their specific feedback to craft an appropriate, personalized response. In a few seconds, Klaviyo will give you a series of replies to choose from.

Note: No response is published without your consent. You retain full control over what is shared with customers – you can edit or replace the AI-generated response to align with your brand voice.
