Acceptable Use Policy - This provides restrictions on how customers can use our product and what content they can put into the platform.

Partners

Klaviyo Agency Partner Program Agreement - This agreement governs the 
details about being an Agency Partner with Klaviyo, including any entitlements and restrictions you have being our Partner.

Partner DPA - This DPA describes the obligations Klaviyo and its Partners have as “controllers” of customer personal data.

Business Partner Code of Conduct - Klaviyo requires all of our business partners to comply with our code of conduct because we expect our partners to uphold the highest standards of conduct and to be aligned with our values.
