Klaviyo started with the simple idea that businesses should own their own data and use it to create better, more personalized experiences for their customers. This role is critical in successfully delivering on our biggest technical bets. You will provide strategic planning, technical oversight, and stakeholder influence to ensure successful delivery and instill a culture of continuous improvement.
You Will:
- Lead all phases of technical programs (Planning, Execution, Risk Management) ensuring on-time delivery against strategic business goals.
- Provide technical oversight and effectively advocate for necessary foundational and infrastructure work to ensure long-term platform health.
- Serve as the communication bridge, tailoring information to secure buy-in and consensus across engineering and business leadership.
- Drive a Continuous Improvement Mindset, challenging existing processes, and implementing solutions that are Automated over Manual.
- Ensure high standards for quality and scalability are met while maintaining clear program and technical documentation.
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management within a fast-paced engineering environment (ideally SaaS or high-growth tech).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results across complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong project management skills with fluency in tools such as Asana, Jira, Linear or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to engage the right people to solve problems and secure consensus across organizational lines.
- Strategic thinker who can connect big-picture goals with day-to-day execution.
- Adaptive Judgment with the insight to understand the bigger picture and the agility to know when to adapt priorities versus holding firm on goals.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
