  • Develop executive thought leadership programs: shape unique points of view, craft messaging and soundbites, grow executive presence on LinkedIn, and secure top-tier speaking and media opportunities for our C-suite and product spokespeople.
  • Lead data-driven narrative development: Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to surface insights from Klaviyo’s platform and turn them into compelling narratives and media angles.
  • Support and train spokespeople—providing message development, prep, and coaching for interviews, and speaking engagements.
  • Support issues and crisis communications, helping protect and strengthen Klaviyo’s reputation when it matters most.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor news, and the evolving media landscape to ensure Klaviyo is always part of the right conversations in the right moments.

  • A sharp writer, creative thinker, and confident communicator who can flex between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Familiar with how product and corporate communications intersect—and how to bring both to life in a compelling, integrated way.
