Gorgias: Now supporting multi-brand accounts

If you manage multiple brands, this update’s for you. With the Klaviyo x Gorgias integration, you can now control which brand’s tickets sync into Klaviyo—ensuring your flows, segmentation, and reporting stay clean, accurate, and brand-specific.

Trigger automations based on opened or resolved ticket events, suppress frustrated customers from upcoming campaigns, follow up with a personalized support check-in, or send exclusive offers to bring them back.

Even better? When a customer replies to a Klaviyo SMS, their response will create (and update) a ticket under the correct brand—sent from the same support number they originally messaged.

Good news: If you’re using Zendesk, this same update just rolled out for multi-brand support in Klaviyo’s Zendesk integration, too.

TikTok: Turn segments into supercharged audiences

Your Klaviyo segments are powerful. Now, they can fuel your TikTok ads, too.

With Klaviyo’s TikTok Audience integration, you can sync your best-performing lists directly into TikTok Ads Manager to run smarter campaigns. Retarget recent visitors, suppress recent purchasers, or build lookalikes based on your top customers. No manual exports, no wasted spend—just better targeting and a stronger return on ad dollars.

Want to explore all your options? Klaviyo actually offers two TikTok integrations, including a Lead Ads integration that automatically pulls new leads into Klaviyo and triggers email and SMS flows in real time.

Thanx: Loyalty that keeps diners coming back

The Klaviyo x Thanx integration makes it easier than ever to reward your VIPs and personalize your outreach. You can now use new profile properties like loyalty tier, points balance, and birthday to tailor emails and texts that celebrate loyalty milestones, nudge new members toward rewards, or turn birthdays into revenue-driving moments.

Plus, we now sync email and SMS consent from Thanx, so you can reach guests confidently, knowing your outreach is always compliant.
