We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of GTM Finance to serve as the financial leader and thought partner to our global Go-to-Market organization. This role will own forecasting, planning, and performance management across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will shape how we invest for growth, improve productivity, and scale efficiently as we expand globally.
Reporting to the VP, FP&A, this is a highly visible role that partners directly with senior GTM leadership and executive stakeholders to drive disciplined growth and long-term value creation.
How you’ll make a difference:
Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as the primary finance partner to the GTM Leadership Team
- Partner with GTM Ops to shape global revenue strategy, capacity planning, territory design, quota economics, and incentive structures.
- Provide data-driven guidance on pipeline health, conversion, retention, and expansion dynamics.
- Influence investment decisions across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
Forecasting & Planning
- Partner with GTM Ops team to lead annual planning and quarterly reforecast processes for all GTM functions.
- Build scalable forecasting models that improve predictability and transparency.
- Drive alignment between revenue targets, hiring plans, and productivity expectations.
Performance Management & Analytics
- Establish KPIs and performance dashboards that drive accountability across the GTM org.
- Analyze sales productivity, CAC, LTV, payback, pipeline velocity, and segment performance.
- Identify risks and opportunities early and recommend actionable solutions.
- Elevate reporting rigor and analytical depth across the organization.
Investment Optimization
- Evaluate ROI of marketing programs, headcount additions, compensation structures, and new market expansion.
- Develop business cases for strategic initiatives and expansion opportunities.
- Ensure disciplined resource allocation and capital efficiency.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing GTM Finance team.
- Create scalable processes that support global growth.
- Foster a culture of ownership, business curiosity, and operational excellence.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Who you are:
- 12+ years of experience in Finance roles, such as investment banking, venture capital including significant operational experience within FP&A or Finance at software companies with SaaS business model
- At least 3+ years of experience being a people leader
- A strategic finance leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics and influence.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
- A strong communicator who can challenge senior leaders constructively and build trust.
- Equally comfortable zooming into detailed models and zooming out to shape strategy.
- You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Pigment, and Netsuite.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
