2025 was a year of major transformation—not just because of what we built, but because of what you did with it.

Partners leading with Klaviyo as a platform are closing bigger deals, winning more often, and building deeper customer relationships. You expanded into new verticals, new markets, and new ways of delivering value for customers.

You’re building with the right platform and the right partner 

This year, Klaviyo became an AI-first B2C CRM. We doubled our products from 4 to 8 since IPO, expanded to 11 languages and 22 SMS markets, and crossed $1B in run rate while scaling 30%+ year-over-year.

We’re not just growing fast, we’re building something that lasts. There are fewer than ten public software companies growing more than 30% at over $1B in revenue run-rate while achieving the Rule of 40. We’re proud to be among that group. The Klaviyo platform now unifies marketing, service, analytics, and data, powered by a single real-time customer profile across email, SMS, WhatsApp, web, mobile, and social. Built-in K:AI agents help teams plan campaigns, personalize every send, answer questions, and resolve issues.

Clearer paths to grow with us

A more powerful platform required a more structured way to work together. We launched the K:Partners Program with two dedicated tracks.

Agency partners gained clearer tiering and benefits, enablement across the full platform, and stronger discovery and go-to-market support.

Technology partners gained a structured path and new resources through our tech partner program track to build, integrate, and go to market with Klaviyo, plus improved visibility through the redesigned App Marketplace, which now includes more than 350 apps with 40 new integrations added this year.

New markets, new opportunities

You helped Klaviyo expand beyond retail this year.

New integrations across hospitality, wellness, food and beverage, and travel opened doors to new customer segments. We launched integrations with Cloudbeds and MEWS, serving tens of thousands of properties across more than 150 countries. We became Shopware’s top partner in marketing automation.

Brands like Dishoom, Proper Hotels,Eureka Restaurant Group and Pacific Catch among others joined the platform. For you, this means access to new industries, opportunities to build vertical expertise, and larger, more strategic engagements.

Global reach, delivered locally

Across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, you expanded Klaviyo into new markets. K:London, K:Sydney, and K:Boston brought customers and partners together across regions. Klaviyo Connect and Partner Day events connected our community in more than 15 major metro areas.

The K:Partners ecosystem scales globally because it is built locally. This means repeatable practices, support for international customers, and the ability to grow alongside Klaviyo wherever you operate.

Less friction, faster results

We heard you. You wanted it easier to onboard clients, learn, and move faster. So we built it.

The Klaviyo Partner Demand Center now brings together everything you need: curated sales and services enablement, self-serve training and product updates, on-demand campaign kits, and one-click translation across more than 100 languages.

Eddie O’Brien is a dynamic leader with a passion for driving growth and building high-impact partnerships. As Klaviyo’s SVP of Global Partnerships, he leverages decades of experience scaling businesses and leading global teams to enhance our ecosystem – inside and outside of Klaviyo – integrating our partners deeper across our business. Previously, Eddie led global sales and partnerships at Gong, driving its expansion in Revenue Intelligence. He also held executive roles at UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Dropbox, where he accelerated partner ecosystems and commercial growth. Earlier in his career, he was CEO at Arvato Bertelsmann and spent 15 years at Microsoft in senior leadership roles, managing multi-billion-dollar P&Ls and global sales strategies. Originally from Ireland, Eddie now lives in the Bay Area with his wife and five sons. He is deeply passionate about inspiring others to grow their businesses and careers through dedication, diligence, and resilience, always bringing energy and enthusiasm to every challenge he undertakes.
