The Senior Marketing Analyst will be at the forefront of shaping and driving the success of our integrated marketing strategy across our international markets, specifically EMEA and APAC. Working directly with our regional marketing leads, the Analyst will enhance lead generation performance and contribute to accelerated revenue growth through data-driven insights and optimization, considering the unique characteristics of each market.

You will be the expert in transforming complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights, coordinating closely with our BI team on backend systems and performing ad-hoc analyses that directly influence key decisions. Your collaboration will extend beyond marketing, working closely with international Sales and Go-To-Market teams to inform strategic planning, campaign measurement, and target setting.

From developing detailed campaign measurement plans to conducting deep-dive analyses and performance reporting, you’ll have a significant role in shaping our strategy every step of the way. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Keeps the team informed on a consistent basis of progress towards larger organizational goals, via clear and concise dashboards and slide deck updates 
  • Keeps a pulse on metrics across EMEA and APAC markets, flagging potential performance improvements to the team early and often, considering regional nuances.
  • Streamlines Klaviyo’s data reporting to reduce inconsistencies and increase accelerate speed to insight
  • Puts systems in place to alert the team of significant drops or inconsistencies in performance
  • Answers team questions and assists in ad-hoc data pulls for specific campaigns and programs 
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with international integrated marketing, revenue operations, and sales teams to optimize the lead-to-conversion funnel in EMEA and APAC.
  • Produces detailed reporting dashboards that will be used to track our performance and impact on overall goals
  • Tableau power-user, responsible for building dashboards, and analyzes daily, monthly, weekly, quarterly and annual metrics. 
  • They will identify trends and statistically significant patterns in the data, and pinpoint where, when and through what channels these trends occur. With the help of relevant stakeholders, they will be able to develop a clear story on why something happened, and predict future trends. 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be able to read and write SQL queries, and tie data across multiple data sources to analyze performance
  • A data storyteller who can connect the dots across various channels to create a holistic picture of the marketing funnel for diverse international markets
  • Must have experience with Salesforce (or an equivalent system), sales metrics and campaign reporting in a B2B SAAS environment.
  • Additional knowledge of Heap (product analytics) and Google Analytics is preferred 
  • Analytical with a desire to understand the ‘why’, and not just the ‘how’, with a keen interest in geographical and cultural factors influencing marketing performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with stakeholders across different time zones
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong cross-functional communication, analytical thinking, understands customer motivations, project management, and demonstrates a proactive approach towards these initiatives.  
  • Quick thinker, pulls data on-demand to inform key decision makers
  • Willing and able to adhere to strict deadlines and timely turnaround times
  • A “numbers” person - understands the impact of key performance indicators, over certain periods of time, against Klaviyo’s bottom line, with an appreciation for global and regional performance metrics

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in Email Marketing and CRM
  • Experience in Tableau, Salesforce, Heap, SQL, DBT and Google Analytics.
  • Background in analytics and experience working closely with stakeholders to solve business problems, especially in marketing

Our salary range reflects the cost of labour in the country where the job post is advertised. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
