For our customers using Magento, we’re excited to share recent improvements we’ve made based on your feedback.

Magento Special Price

You run sales from time to time – whether it’s to move old inventory or drum up some traffic and excitement for your products. You should be able to easily use the sale price set in your Magento store in your Klaviyo emails. Now you can.

Klaviyo automatically syncs `special_price` from your Magento product items daily. In your product feed or product block, we’ll automatically use the “Special Price” so you show the correct sale price instead of your store item price in your emails.

Magento II Store Scoping

If you’re a business with multiple regions or multiple brands that you manage on a single Magento II instance, Klaviyo just got more powerful for you.

We’ve added store scoping so you can limit your data in Klaviyo to a specific website in your Magento II instance. This means that your lists and segments will only include people who’ve signed up for or purchased from a specific site, improving your analytics accuracy.

Magento I Catalog Scoping

If you’re a business with multiple regions or brands that you manage on a single Magento I instance, you’ve been able to scope your Klaviyo integration to pull in data only from a certain store or site.

A lot of you told us that this wasn’t enough – you also wanted to make sure that the catalog data was also scoped correctly. We heard you, and now store scoping extends to your Magento I catalogs as well. This lets you create and send product feeds and blocks that include only catalog items from the website integrated with your Klaviyo account.
