Analyze BFCM performance across all our Klaviyo accounts from the attached campaign and flow CSVs, {main_account} leading. Window is {start_date} to {end_date}, compared against last year's window aligned by day of week relative to Black Friday, not calendar date. Keep campaigns and flows separate throughout. Dedupe on campaign ID, exclude test sends and anything under 10 recipients, use delivered as the volume base, and treat click rate as the primary metric. Convert all revenue to {desired_currency} at today's mid-market rates and list the rates used. Note which accounts export placed vs. fulfilled order value and never blend the two. If most volume is untagged account-wide blasts, say so rather than faking a per-market split. Report volume, click rate, revenue, and revenue per 1,000 delivered YoY, plus bounce and unsubscribe rates vs. pre-BFCM norms, and call out outliers in both directions including revenue reading zero where engagement exists. Verify every headline number from raw data before presenting it, and flag anything estimated or uncertain with its range. No em dashes, no buzzwords, no fabricated stats.
