Klaviyo’s Anti-Discrimination Policy
At Klaviyo, we strive to build a community where all members feel safe.
Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, irrespective of race, occupation, religion, skin color, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, socio-economic status, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetics, marital status, veteran status, or any other category protected by law. Discrimination of any kind and in any form is unacceptable.
When a customer, partner, or representative of Klaviyo makes a racist or discriminatory comment, we will respond with firm disapproval and swift corrective action. Additionally, we will not provide services to any company whose business is centered around racism or discrimination.
How Klaviyo will handle instances of racism or discrimination:
• Customers who are confirmed by Klaviyo to have used or expressed support for hate speech or unlawful discrimination against any group listed above will be asked to stop using our platform and leave our community. We will allow 30 days to find an alternative solution and migrate data to another platform.
• Likewise, partners confirmed by Klaviyo to have engaged in these behaviors or communications will be removed from Klaviyo’s partner program and/or prohibited from any partnership activities, including marketing and business development, with Klaviyo moving forward.
• In rare cases, we may opt for a different course of action, to be determined on a case-by-case basis by an internal review committee.
