Taking some time to enjoy your brand’s success is a rewarding experience. Growing a store is hard work, after all, and you put in long hours to make it happen—you deserve to enjoy it! One way to celebrate your success? Look at all of the different ways your customers interact with you.
With Klaviyo’s new Activity Map, you can see how, from where, and how often your customers interact with your brand.
The Activity Map appears in two product areas: the Metrics tab and Campaign analytics.
Under the Metrics tab, you can select any event in Klaviyo to see a live map of your customers’ actions. Want to see a live view of how many people are placing orders? Head to the Metrics tab, find the Placed Order metric, and click on the globe icon. Select the real-time option to see where all your orders are happening around the world. The real-time option only shows live data while the other options show both historical and real-time events.
Just like everything else in Klaviyo, the map works super fast. It can display tens of thousands of events in seconds.
You can also use the Activity Map to see the engagement results of a specific campaign. Next time you send out a campaign email, you can see your customers engage with it in real-time. How cool is that?!
Let’s say you schedule an email to send on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the recipient’s local time zone. At any time, you can click on that campaign to see the campaign activity. Use the “watch live” option to follow along as your customers engage with your email across the world.
Here’s an example of what it might look like:
The Activity Map offers a dynamic way to view your customers’ engagement and activity. Use it to check out results as they unfold. See in which part of the country people visit your website the most or where your emails are the most popular. You can choose any metric in Klaviyo and visualize the results in real-time.
The Activity Map is not only useful—it’s fun! Want to show off your brand’s growth? Share your maps across your social media channels and tag @klaviyo!
