How you’ll make an impact:
- Partner Operations Leadership: Serve as the central point of coordination for partner operations in the AMER region, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.
- Sales Analytics & Forecasting: Develop and manage sales analytics dashboards and forecasting models to track partner performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities for partner growth and operational improvements, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with partner managers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments to support partner initiatives, streamline processes, and resolve operational challenges.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable processes and best practices to enhance partner management, reporting, and collaboration across regions.
- Partner Enablement: Collaborate with the enablement teams to ensure partners have access to the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partner performance metrics, operational achievements, and key business insights.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in partner operations, sales operations, or a related role ideally within SaaS/ MarTech.
- Expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Solid proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Remarkable analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment, managing multiple priorities across diverse regions.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully with global teams and partners.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on spearheading operational efficiency and business growth.
- Solid project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
