What’s the opposite of Brexit? BrexIN?
That’s our way of saying that Klaviyo has opened our first international office in London!
But this is more than just an office—it’ll be the central hub for our entire EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) team who are focused on helping brands across all these diverse markets succeed.
This team already includes a wide array of individuals dedicated to support, success, business development, marketing, community, and so much more.
While merchants have always had the option to use Klaviyo regardless of location, having a dedicated team on the ground in London was a priority for expanding our global community.
Every day, every single Klaviyo is dedicated to helping you grow, no matter where you’re located. It’s extremely important as we expand that we live, work, and operate where our community is.
Now, it’ll be even easier to connect and support our mission. And it all started last night when we officially opened our community space! Click through the gallery to see photos from the event.
Here’s more about what you can expect from Klaviyo’s new office and team:
We’re investing in customer growth and support
We care deeply about the growth of our customers and their ability to own their marketing. We now have a dedicated customer success team located in London who will be expanding the support of EMEA-based customers to unlock the full potential of Klaviyo.
This has also allowed us to expand our global support hours. We can now offer support during business hours on Central European Time (CET), which means we can give our customers more timely responses at more convenient hours.
Our partners are an important part of what makes us who we are. They empower us to provide best-in-class integrations and solutions that help our customers thrive.
We wanted to have a team in EMEA specifically focused on working alongside and in collaboration with our agency, platform, and technology partners to help other businesses achieve their goals through the use of Klaviyo.
A deep belief in constantly learning
At Klaviyo, we believe in constantly learning and we understand how valuable in-person events are for empowering others.
We already have a whole host of events planned for our merchants, customers, and partners to learn and evolve together including dinners, workshops, seminars, webinars, and much more.
We’ll also be taking these events on the road all over EMEA, starting with our Klaviyo Customer workshop in Amsterdam, so keep an eye out for future announcements.
Our space is your space
Our top floor and stunning roof deck, which has sweeping city views, are available to Klaviyo community members day and night for work, meetings, or your own events. We want to connect and collaborate with the community in London and create something special.
The London office is a 2,700-square-foot space with a roof deck and two private meeting rooms. There’s space to host up to 100 people all with a state of the art audio and visual system. Time to make it loud and awesome.
