Adjust your subscription

  • How to downgrade your account

    1. To downgrade your subscription, first to go Account > Billing > Email Billing.Then, find the plan that you would like to downgrade to and select Change.
    2. In the resulting modal, input your credit card information and then click Update Plan.
    3. The changes you make to your subscription will be reflected in the next month’s billing cycle.
  • How to cancel your account

    1. Fill out the form below to request account cancellation.

      If you’re choosing not to renew a monthly paid subscription, please submit the form at least 2 full business days prior to your renewal date. Our team will contact you to finalize your request, and you will continue to have access to Klaviyo as usual until the end of your current term. After the term ends, your subscription will not renew.

      If you wish to cancel your account immediately, please specify this in the comment section of the form. We are able to cancel your account immediately upon receiving your request. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a current paid term.

    2. Check your email for a message from Klaviyo confirming your request.
    3. Click the link in the confirmation email to validate your identity and finalize cancellation. For your security, your account will not be canceled if you do not click this link.
