Klaviyo Service FAQ

Platform requirements vary by product:

  • Customer Hub is currently only available to brands on Shopify.
  • Customer Agent’s full functionality for web chat, SMS, and email is available to brands on Shopify. Brands that don’t use Shopify can still use Customer Agent to answer email and SMS questions based on uploaded knowledge, though recommendations and tracking won’t work.
  • Helpdesk works with any ecommerce platform, but it requires Shopify for full functionality.
