How much does reviews cost?

Klaviyo reviews is an add-on product billed monthly based on monthly orders. Plans start at $25 USD a month and scale with your order volume, so you only pay for what you need at any point in your growth journey. When you run out of orders, further requests are paused for that billing cycle.

What ecommerce platforms are supported?

Klaviyo Reviews is available to all Shopify, Shopify Plus, and WooCommerce merchants worldwide. Additional ecommerce platforms will be supported in the future.

Can I sign up for reviews without using Klaviyo email?

To use Klaviyo reviews, you must be a Klaviyo email customer.
