Klaviyo Named a Top Place to Work in 2022 by The Boston Globe

For second year in a row, company recognized for employee-first culture

Boston, MA – December, 6 2022 –  Klaviyo, a data-driven email and SMS platform for ecommerce businesses, today announced it has been named a Top Place to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe in the large employers category. The Top Places to Work program recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them best—their employees, and measures employee opinions about the company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.

“Klaviyo has scaled rapidly in the last few years, and it’s important we take the time to reflect on the culture we’re building, and how we show up and live our values,” said Lisa Maronski, Klaviyo’s Chief People Officer. “I’m incredibly proud of the team we’ve built, and this is a meaningful recognition and reminder that we are staying true to our goal of ensuring Klaviyo is an equitable and rewarding place to work.”

“The pandemic has changed the way we work, and the employers who topped the list understand it goes far beyond the remote vs. in-office debate,” said Katie Johnston, the Globe’s Top Places to Work editor. “Workers want flexibility, of course, but they also want more support, more humanity, and a greater sense of purpose.”

Klaviyo continues to dedicate efforts to improving company culture and employee experience, and just today launched a new, global employee benefit with Modern Health for employees and their families to access personalized care for life’s ups and downs. From self-guided courses, to financial well-being coaches and licensed clinical therapy, the new benefit is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to make Klaviyo a remarkable place to work and allow employees to feel like they can bring their whole self to Klaviyo.
